Functional alignment with internal and external participants in the supply chain area to implement a worldwide intercompany process (source-to-pay and contract-to-cash) using a global template approach – including preparation of pilot rollouts, test coordination, and cut-over and hypercare planning.

Building the global template for pricing and commercial agreements (CCM) in an S/4 greenfield project: fit-to-standard workshops, documentation, functional solution and development specifications, and both functional and integration testing.
