Active in SAP projects for more than 30 years, above all in process consulting, in steering projects and sub-projects and in advising global process owners. Focused on the order-to-cash process and supply chain management.

More than 20 years of SAP project experience in project steering and process consulting; passed the SAP certification for SAP Transportation Management. Focus areas in S/4HANA transformations, SAP logistics (MM, SD, EWM, TM) and cut-over and test management.

We take on responsibility, not just tasks. In large programmes that means: we bring business departments, IT and implementation partners to one table, make sure decisions get taken and remain approachable even when things get uncomfortable. Hybrid, as the project requires – on site where the programme needs it, otherwise remote, in Germany and internationally. The contract is always with 4Trust Consulting GmbH: it is responsible for the agreed service, decides which of us works on it and brings in subcontractors where needed.
