If our own network does not cover a specialism we are looking for, we search the market in a targeted way – in parallel via several established platforms, so that someone suitable is found quickly even at short notice.

How we search the market
We advertise the profile in several places at once, screen the responses ourselves, and only discuss people with you whom we have personally vetted beforehand. You get not a list, but a shortlist with our assessment.
